We’ve helped dozens of speakers land and deliver excellent TED talks and international keynotes.
Once we’ve outlined your goals, we send over a contract and payment link. Once those are complete, we will onboard you. Onboarding includes an email with access to your private client Google Drive folder containing on-demand resources, day one consulting notes, and placeholder folders for recordings and deliverables. From here, you’ll have a link to schedule your kickoff call, where we will map out your project plan, step by step. The team will place any consulting deliverables for your review within your folder and email or text you every step of the way. On-demand email and text are included in our packages so you’re never worried, stuck, or alone. We’re here to make this simple, easy, and supportive.
That depends on your goals. Some clients lean on us to build a lot of materials for them. In this case, we need them for a kickoff call, to give us access to content and systems, and to review deliverables to provide feedback. Some clients want to protect their hours better. In that case, we recommend allowing more time for “homework” between calls and deliverables. Our goal is always to break this down into small, manageable steps that work for each changemaker.
Absolutely! If you have a key team member who will help deliver the aspect of your business we are improving, they should be part of the process. We can also grant them access to your client folder to review materials and recordings as needed. We are here to empower you and your team and keep you in your zone of genius.
We will save these for our clients because when we are working closely together, you and your services are top of mind. However, we do have a stand-alone service for a select few changemakers. We do require quarterly check-ins for this service, and we do charge a premium.
